Mr. Larry was a very outgoing and friendly Salesperson...but never "pushy" as some I have encountered.. and he worked in a very straight forward manner to bring me to a fair trade-in deal that I am very satisfied with. Makes me very happy to be a Dodge Owner again! My Car is perfect for me...he was able to get me the outside as well as interior colors that I wanted.. very, very happy about that! On the day I received my Car, Melanie the Delivery Specialist was friendly and courteous and explained the features of the car..as well as going over the navigation system.. and that was very important to me. BTW...it is a very good user friendly navigation system...VERY happy about this fact, and I have been using it with ease....extremely superior to the Mazda cx9 I traded this car for!! Again...thank you for a job well done.. I am one happy customer!! I will definitely recommend your Cars and Dealership to my Family and Friends when they are in the Market for a new Car!! More

Everything about the car I purchased was explained to me before I left, the car was detailed, and filled with gas before we pulled off the lot. We were given information for contacting the dealership in case of questions or problems. All in all, it was the least painful experience I have ever had purchasing a car, taking less than 3 hours from start to finish, and now I have a car I can count on to transport my family on a daily basis. Worst Experience Ever I called because my wiper fluid nozzles were broke and needed replaced. I knew they were broke because I had an oil change elsewhere and they looked at it first and advised me the dealer needed to fix. I explained this to Mark when I called. I got there 2 days later for my 10:00 appt. At 12:00 I was told they didn't have the parts in stock!!! But no worries, they get them locally and will have them soon.... ??? Factory parts locally? at 1:15 I was told they were going to have to order the parts because the ones they bought are 'generic' to fit any car, but leak on mine. SERIOUSLY???? Had they actually worked I would have received 'generic' parts and not even known it. Oh and they would cost a little more.... When I asked about the warranty he seemed shocked and stated he never looked at the mileage. It was under warranty. I was assured I did not need a new appt and when the parts came in I could "swing in" and have them put right in. I came back 4 days later after the parts were in and was told I was first in line... after an hour and 15 mins I could see my car sitting in the bay, hood down. This meant one of two things, it was not started yet or it was done. I told Mark I had to leave, NOW and he went to check. Sure enough, it was done. Wonder how long it sat there completed while my mother and I waited patiently, much more patiently than I ever should have been. Absolutely a pathetic excuse for a dealer. I barely received an apology let alone any sort of compensation... he how bout an oil change or at least a car wash??? NEVER will I return to this dealer. I will buy our next Jeeps-yes plural-elsewhere! More

She asked what I was interested in and introduced me to Robert Bauman. He was very patient as I took my time and even changed my mind on which model of RAM to get. I left the dealership with what I wanted and am overall happy. Upon purchase it was like 9:30 p.m. well after closing; however, all my needs were met and I didn’t feel rushed. I was instructed to bring it back for a complimentary tank of gas, wash and cleaning as the service shop was closed, All in all, I was very pleased with the service I was given. I am much happier with my new RAM 1500! More

They didn't have the right color on the lot but I signed all my paperwork and they said it'd arrive in two days. Two days go by and no word. So I called and they gave me some crap excuse about a delay in transfer. Two more days and several phone calls later, they ask me if I'd accept another color. Wait, what? Yes, they couldn't explain it but somehow the Jeep that I bought had now been sold to someone else. Lucky me, two days later they found another one I could have for only a couple thousand dollars more. No. A few more days go by and some how the original vehicle is now available again. I can pick it up in two days. Two days turns into four and when I finally get to pick it up, they hand me the keys and say have a nice day. Excuse me, can I have my paperwork please that y'all kept a hold of until I picked the vehicle up? Uh no, that's locked up downstairs somewhere. So now I have my new Jeep and the owners manual. That's it. No bill of sale, no loan information, no warranty papers, no documentation of my purchase. After calling for a week following that, my paperwork arrives in the mail with the wrong vehicle year on it.. Now the guy that sold me the jeep no longer works there, neither does the finance guy that I signed the papers with. So I get to explain the situation to several new people until someone can figure out how to make this right. After calling repeatedly for another few days, my "corrected" documents just arrived. Someone took an ink pen and wrote the number 5 over all the 4s. Really? Now I have a bumper to bumper warranty with these jokers and I'm praying I never have to use it if only to avoid ever having to deal with them again. More

STAY AWAY!!! Let’s start off with the fact that I called STAY AWAY!!! Let’s start off with the fact that I called the dealership and told them that I was looking for a 2014 Ram Limited and I wanted it fully STAY AWAY!!! Let’s start off with the fact that I called the dealership and told them that I was looking for a 2014 Ram Limited and I wanted it fully loaded. The salesman I spoke with was named Roger (buy a dodge from Rog), he assured me they had plenty of those for me to look at and so I scheduled an appointment. I was there on time and when I met Roger he was busy and so I began dealing with Mike (Bear). Now he was a great salesman and very courteous, he knew a lot about the vehicle and his knowledge was very impressive. But when I asked to see the limited they didn’t have any, and so the games began. Long story short, I was there from 10am to 7pm, and we went back and forth about pricing and I got a great price from them, and I can’t take that from them, the pricing is great. But when we found the vehicle I wanted they said it was at another of their dealerships and they would have it to me on Monday the 25th of November and this was Saturday the 23rd. Well it’s now Wednesday the 27th and thanksgiving is tomorrow and so after being “guaranteed” my vehicle would be here on Monday, I’m now told Friday guaranteed. I will warn anyone to stay away from this place. Also I went into the dealership with financing from my bank with a 4.09 APR and like an idiot I allowed them to convince me that they could get me a lower APR and I told them I only wanted them to check the 2 banks they assured me would give a lower APR. They came back and they did get me a 3.75 but I soon found out over the next couple of weeks they had run my credit with up to now 7 other banks. It is a joke and they obviously do not know how to conduct business in a professional manner. End result is I would have rather paid a little more and dealt with true professionals than deal with the headache of dealing with this band of clowns. More

With me in NYC and him in Savannah, their level of attention to repairing the water pump, hoses, etc helped me deal with the anxiety of being nearly 900 miles away and unable to assist. Older vehicles especially, come with surprises--you fix one thing and a couple of days later something else goes wrong. But these guys were sympathetic and caring, got the job done quickly, and charged me fairly. Their explanations and telephone conversations were helpful, professional and considerate in spite of the frustration on both sides. I wholeheartedly recommend this service team and their mechanics behind the scenes. They are capable of handling tough mechanical issues and desperate customers like me who expect everything to be done in a New York minute. More
