This dealership sold me a car and in the negotiation offered the floor mat package. When we were signing papers I asked about it and was told to make sure to annotate this on the paperwork, after doing this they have refused to abide by the contract and routinely dodge and ignore my calls and emails. Do not do business with them if you can help it. More
