I was a repeat customer and had to leave dealership and get a better price in Brunswick for them to match it. Staff was friendly and were personable. However upon delivery I waited over 5 hours before I wa get a better price in Brunswick for them to match it. Staff was friendly and were personable. I left the dealership with a better deal than I anticipated from my pre-dealership visit consumer reports research, and pre-arranged loan with my bank. The consumer reports research, and having a pre-arranged bank loan, however, were probably instrumental in getting a great base price on the car, and a Honda loan with better terms than my bank loan. Pre-visit research of the MSRPs of the options packages on Honda's internet site, Honda Care Extended Warranty Service Contract price online (available via a Google search), as well as the blue book value of my trade-in also came in use (available on the Honda website). It is important to make sure that options that are available as packages are being priced as packages rather than a la carte, and to have a background understanding of GAP insurance (Google "GAP coverage"). Now I have the pleasure of driving a great car (Honda Odyssey 2012 Touring Elite), and have the security of knowing that there is a great team at Southern Motors to help me out in the unlikely event that I should have any problems with the car.
