The product, however, sells itself, as the 2013 Accord Sport (what I ended up with) is a phenomenal vehicle. Upon completion of the test drive my wife and I knew that it was the vehicle we wanted. We began the buying process, and within an hour I was driving off the lot in my new Honda! The sales manager, Gordon Whitlock, was a pleasure to deal with as well. Buster listened well to what I wanted in a car and explained all of the points about the Honda Pilot Touring. I then test drove the car and he said I could go anywhere I wanted to test it. I've had other salesmen who only had a set area where the car could be driven. He found a Pilot at the dealership that was the color I wanted and had all of the opitions that I wanted. We met with Mr. Kaminsky and he explained how the remaining issues I had with my Acura could be resolved and Buster sat in on that conversation. Buster also cleaned out my Acura which wasn't ready to be cleaned so he had to go through some dirty areas. He retrieved all of my personal items and put them in my new Honda and filled it up with gas. We were the last to leave the dealership and he stayed to the very end even though every one had left. I am to go back on Monday to get more instructions about how to operate my new options. I'm sure he will be patient in explaining everything because he seems to be very knowledgeable about the car.
