This dealership is like none other! ! Had my vehicle for 3 weeks $395 later with no courtesy vehicle to use!! My trunk was leaking ( on a 1.5 year old 2023 MDX). The parts were 18.72 the ! Had my vehicle for 3 weeks $395 later with no courtesy vehicle to use!! My trunk was leaking ( on a 1.5 year old 2023 MDX). The parts were 18.72 the labor was $370. And to top it off- the “courtesy wash and vacuum-was trash- my vehicle was in fact not vacuumed! And refuse from the repair was still in the trunk! I regret getting my vehicle from this dealership and was cautioned not to buy from there didn’t listen!! Spoke with Chris and he was no help. Please if your reading this go elsewhere to buy your Acura. The story- I found that my turn was leaking and called and took my vehicle in so that it didn’t sustain any further water damage. I was first told by Chris that the mechanic found a lose plug near the rear brake that was leaking. This wasn’t listed on the bill ( after further “diagnostics” it was determined that it was NOT malfunction of the vehicle and therefore the owner was responsible for the vehicle leaking due to build up of debris. I have a 2010 Acura that sits in the same place as the MDX and NEVER leaked- with the same debris falling from the trees. I’m completely and utterly dissatisfied with Southern Motors Acura!! I now understand why they received negative reviews- they deserve them. I only wish that I had listened and went elsewhere! Words can’t adequately express my dissatisfaction. I do believe that I should have paid something but not the entire bill BECAUSE a practically new vehicle should not leak no matter what! And when they repaired it “ they applied glue to the grommets”?? Well, if it had been glued prior I wouldn’t have had to take it in! Ridiculous. And Norman Busby- shame on you! Everytime I’ve made a complaint about my vehicle you’ve had some xx excuse or rationale! More
