Bad phone services; courteous folks in desks at service area. Terrible wait time on repairs. My car was there for two weeks; I was blessed to be able with my son and family as my hotel. What on earth would others do if they were stranded and no vehicle? I saw some employees relaxing and not working. Cut the fat and pay the “technicians” /mechanics enough money to come to work, be trained and encourage the good ones to stay with perks- insurance, bonuses, discounts on cars. People will stop paying for cars if they can’t be repaired lpromptly! More
