We brought the car in with an appointment. You held it and did nothing with it for over a week. We were told that we had to leave it there to keep our place in line. We needed the car after 8 days in your shop, so we had to take another Uber to pick it up. We drove for a couple of days on the weekend because we had to go somewhere and then brought it back and took another Uber back home. This time they were able to fix it in just two days. I’ve never seen any other service station allow you to make an appointment but not work on the car for eight days straight. More
