The original appointment made was for an oil change and for the car to be diagnosed as to what was or what I felt was wrong with the car. I had contacted the dealership a week prior to make the appointment for the car to be diagnosed as to what was or what I felt was wrong with the car. I had contacted the dealership a week prior to make the appointment to ensure I had a courtesy card to take with me. When I arrived at your dealership, I was told they had absolutely no record of a courtesy car to be provided to me. Nonetheless, I sat at your dealership for two hours for an oil change. In addition, your service advised me that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. Which I agree. However, a charge of 69.95 to replace the air filter is absurd. That actually should’ve been a nice courtesy to your customer. I went to auto parts purchased the cabin air filter and it took me not even five minutes to replace it. Total cost, a fraction of your price. Sorry, Southern motors, this is not the first time I’ve heard of your dealership going downhill. It’s a shame, as my car used to be serviced at your location when first purchased. I have family members who have purchased from your dealership, and they have said the same thing. The service Has simply just gone down the tubes. More
