I was very excited to find out that there was a Mazda Dealership right down the street from where I live. I just moved here from Hawaii and my car was way past due for service. When I came in for service I felt like everyone was happy to see me and made me feel at home. Before I knew it they came into the lounge and told me I was all done. I was surprised at how cheap an oil change was, but on my way home I realized its probably because EVERY THING cost more in Hawaii! Thanks again!! See you in a few months. More

I never felt cheated or unfairly treated at this dealership- which is the stereotype of most dealerships. I have recommended Hyman Brothers to everyone that I know- Daniel and the staff in the service department deserve praise for the hard and honest work that they are doing. Thank you!! More

Jessica provided all the information I needed and all that I asked for and did it all in a professional and friendly manner...excellent customer service was her focus and she provided this with flying colors. There was no pressure to buy that night (Friday night late) and were just as helpful and focused on great customer service later Friday night by email and also Saturday morning when I returned to see if we could come to agreement on a deal. The purchase/deal maker who worked with Jessica provide good information in a timely manner and the financing person was helpful...they both gave me what I considered a good deal just as we had discussed...no surprises. This was a very positive car buying experience because of the entire dealership team but most especially because of Jessica...And I thank her for all that she did. More

Went to the Dealership this morning to have my oil changed. Was the first one there (0730) and had an appointment. Took almost two hours. Service special called for a car wash, vacuum and was windo changed. Was the first one there (0730) and had an appointment. Took almost two hours. Service special called for a car wash, vacuum and was windows inside and out. Absolute waste of time service rep could have cared less and was in no hurry. Asked for a reminder decal that they normally put on the windshield and they were out, asked why car was not cleaned as promised and got attitude. Was not an issue on price of service, although higher than most in the area I like having a dealership take care of the car. WILL NOT TAKE MY CAR BACK TO HYMANs if this is the attention to detail on service. Makes you wander what other short cuts they are taking. More

We recently leased a CX5 from the Hyman Brothers Mazda dealership in Newport News, and I must say that this was the best experience I have ever had when in the market for a vehicl the Hyman Brothers Mazda dealership in Newport News, and I must say that this was the best experience I have ever had when in the market for a vehicle. We had the priviledge of working with, as I like to call them, "the dream team": Huddy, Jessica and Josh. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, as they went above and beyond, providing stellar customer service when tasked to locate a vehicle, matching my requested specifications in color, interior and add-ons. Every visit to the dealership had us greeted kindly by all employees, and practically treated like family. We have also received follow up phone calls and emails, which have been greatly appreciated. Getting a new vehicle is always an exciting experience, but working with great people makes it even better! SB & LB More
I do have to say, if you were to buy a car from here, Jessica Leggio is the person to go to. I didn't talk to any of the other employees, but they all seemed nice and friendly. Jessica was a hoot, not only did she know what she was talking about, she was friendly, nice, and very happy. She is definitely the person to make the dreaded car buying experience a fun four hours. All I did was laugh while waiting for paperwork to go through. If you go here definitely ask her to do her "commercial" for Zxylon! This is a great dealership and I would definitely recommend it. I went to Hyman Bros Mazda test drive and potentially purchase a used Lexus car off their lot and was pretty pleased with the car. I noticed the curbed and scratched wheels on the car and asked if he cou purchase a used Lexus car off their lot and was pretty pleased with the car. I noticed the curbed and scratched wheels on the car and asked if he could negotiate the price a little to compensate for the damages and he outright said NO. Option B was presented and the manager said that he would have a rim repair specialist come by tomorrow morning and refurbish the wheels if I was serious about the purchase. I firmly shook his hand and agreed to come by after lunch and fill out the paper work and purchase the car. I kept my end of deal and came with a check ready for purchase and to no surprise the wheels have not been repaired and Huddy (the manager) gives me reassurance that the repairs will be made later that day. Having a verbal agreement, I went ahead and signed all the necessary paperwork and agreed to leave the Lexus there until the repairs were made. I had travel plans out of state for next for a few days and Huddy offered to pick me up from the airport when I returned with a courtesy car and bring me back to the dealership where my Lexus would be washed, filled up on gas and wheels repaired. When I arrived back in town and contacted the dealer for a ride at the airport, they told me someone was on their way and will be there shortly, over 2 hours later an employee comes to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. I walk over to my Lexus and the wheels have not been repaired, the car was not washed and the fuel level is lower than when I left town! To make matters worse, employees were taking my Lexus on joy rides while I was out of town and put a good 90 miles on the odometer, UNBELIEVABLE. This is when I knew that Huddy and Hyman Brothers Mazda were the people that give car salesman a very bad reputation. I would steer clear from dishonest, integrity lacking salesman like Huddy and technicians that work for Hyman Brothers Mazda. I am firm believer that a man is only as good as his word and Hyman Bros does not see eye to eye on that concept. PLEASE SPEND YOU HARD EARNED INCOME ELSEWHERE, EVERYONE READING THIS DESERVES BETTER TREATMENT AND BETTER DEALS THAN WHAT HYMAN BROS HAS TO OFFER. More
