My name is Huddy Skiba and I'm the General Manager here at Hyman Bros. Mazda. I just wanted to let you know that we are disappointed that you were displeased w/ your recent experience. Unfortunately the part that was ordered for your vehicle, by the body shop that was repairing your vehicle, was on a National Back Order. When new vehicles come out w/ new technology many replacement parts that are not associated w/ regular maintenance are very scarce. While it did take a few extra days to source the part your vehicle needed we're glad that you're back on the road. On behalf of the entire staff here at Hyman Bros.
