AMAZING IM SO HAPPY I unfortunately didn't buy my made from this dealership but If could go back in time I would. I made the mistake of listening to the radio and going to Hall Mazda on Holland Rd, and the amount of regret I have for haunts that me every time I start my car. But that's besides the point; more to the point, I want to say that I have been to this dealership twice, once while looking for a different car, and a second time to get my GPS unit installed. I got a fantastic deal and the people who helped me were absolutely fantastic! I am stuck with my car (at least for a the time being) and it's not that disappointed with my car or anything (Don't get me wrong, I LOVE MY CX-5 <3) But I feel I'm more upset with the price I paid at Hall Mazda and that I hadn't done all my homework before buying. They say hindsight is 20/20 and they are absolutely right, but I digress. The quality work they did when they installed my GPS was flawless, it was a very quick service taking about an hour (I was in a line) and I was on my way. Thank you so much again and I highly, highly highly recommend this dealership. I will be (and have been) recommending this dealership to so many new car buyers and family members and I will never return to Hall again. More
Another Super Deal I purchased my 2014 CX5 GT from Huddy at Hyman Brothers after soliciting 6 dealerships for pricing data. Huddy replied with the lowest out the door p I purchased my 2014 CX5 GT from Huddy at Hyman Brothers after soliciting 6 dealerships for pricing data. Huddy replied with the lowest out the door price and best trade value of any dealership. The vehicle to my specifications wasn't available so he ordered it from Japan. I took possession when it arrived and have been very pleased. When I decided to update my 2014 to a 2016 I went to Cavalier, where I purchased my Mazda 3 years prior, and gave them first shot at the deal. I test drove the vehicle there and they are local to my home. I also contacted Huddy again, but Cavalier said they'd "take care of me" so I was open to their deal. Huddy again exchanged e-mails with me and we smoothed out the deal while Cavalier sharpened their pencil. After appraising my 2014, in excellent condition, they insulted me with a very low offer and then pencil whipped me for the 2016 GT. They weren't even within 3K of Huddy's bottom line deal price, which included the highest trade in appraisal for my 2014 which he hadn't physically seen. Huddy created a very impressive and an absolute pleasant purchasing experience. After two purchases from Hyman Brothers I've got to state that they understand the process from the buyer's perspective, they remove the hassle and conflict. I didn't arrive at Hyman's armed to haggle and bargain, I arrived to take possession of my new car and leave with a smile. These guys could "school" the Southside dealerships on "Customer Service" and how to keep repeat customers. More

This is the second new Mazda we have purchased from her. We again drove past three other Mazda dealers to come here. The customer service is second to none. Pricing is fair and upfront with no haggling. Processing fee is hundreds less than any other Mazda dealers around. I can say that I am somewhat of an expert on buying cars, this Mazda was my 43rd vehicle. Jessica and Hyman Bros Mazda have provided the best customer service and overall buying experience of any of the other dealerships I have dealt with over the years. Make sure if your considering a new Mazda to give Hyman Bros. the chance to earn your business, you'll be glad you did. More

Huddy worked with me on getting an unbelievable percentage rate (Mr. Huddy, you deserve BBQ). Jessica guided me through the paperwork with no problem and she helped me make important decisions! Never once did I feel pressured at this dealership. Everyone was so friendly, I actually miss you guys! Thank you all for the support I was given on buying my Mazda 6! The Way Car Buying Should Be! I was thinking of upgrading my 2006 Mazda 5. I was looking into different manufacturer's vehicles but was always comparing to my Mazda so thought may I was thinking of upgrading my 2006 Mazda 5. I was looking into different manufacturer's vehicles but was always comparing to my Mazda so thought maybe I should just buy a new Mazda 5. On Monday I test drove one at a different dealer, where I bought my 2006 and where most of my servicing had been done, but was shocked at how little they were going to give me for my trade-in and what the entire deal would cost. Drove up to Hyman Bros Mazda and worked with D.L. Thomas and Huddy Skiba and was pleasantly stunned at how much more they would give me for my trade and the total cost of the deal. Needless to say I knew buying a new Mazda 5 was an option and picked up the car today. The basic moral of the story is you really need to shop around. Buying a new car can be about as pleasant as getting an invasive medical procedure. But at Hyman Bros Mazda they are very down to earth and transparent about the costs and the deal. There was no "What can we do to get you to buy a car today!" you still get at many car dealers. If more dealers operated like Hyman Bros, car salesmen/dealers would have a much better reputation. More

She was extremely friendly, not at all pushy, and incredibly patient and knowledgeable in explaining everything to me. She used to the facts and the information to convince me to finance with Mazda and going through all of the paperwork with her was as easy and lighthearted as imaginable. More
Amazing service from everyone there. JOSH IS THE GREATEST SALES PERSON. I originally went in to trade my 2011 Mazda 3 in for a new Mazda 3 or 6. Other dealerships just pressured me and my JOSH IS THE GREATEST SALES PERSON. I originally went in to trade my 2011 Mazda 3 in for a new Mazda 3 or 6. Other dealerships just pressured me and my wife into trying to buy from them and made us feel uncomfortable. After arriving at Hyman we were quickly greeted by someone and directed towards Josh. He was very polite and very energetic and motivated, he showed us a few Mazda 3s and I noticed a nice little Speed 3 sitting in the corner and we were sold. His manager Huddy was also a blast to work with when coming to an agreement. And I have to also give thanks to Jessica for making the experience easier by just talking with us and keeping us laughing. The only thing I didn't like is the no haggle price policy, but the sticker prices were still very fair. Over all Hyman Mazda is the best Mazda dealership in the Hampton roads area, and if you don't find what you like on the Hampton lot, they have several other lots and can have something delivered in no time at all. Also if your looking for any Mazdaspeeds they are the ones to find one for you. More
2015 Lemon Purchase Leaves a Bad Taste in Mouth After purchasing a brand new 2015 lemon here the dealership had good points in regards to helping me with my purchase and also contacting outside help After purchasing a brand new 2015 lemon here the dealership had good points in regards to helping me with my purchase and also contacting outside help in an effort to get me back in a car. D.L. Thomas especially is an exceptional employee and one I will miss working with. On the downside, the Service Department did not believe my original problem report and that took a bit of coaxing to finally get addressed. Also, after a month of no car and no repair and finally getting an entirely new substitution vehicle (which after 5 days of owning is also showing the same defects), no compensation was offered on their part or Mazdas for the inconvenience of everything. Instead of being understanding and compassionate the dealership took offense at my desire for retribution as offered originally by Mazda. I had even put buying a MAZDA3 from them on the table in the assumption that I could use compensation from my misfortune towards another vehicle for my family (basically having them still make money off of my situation). The offer they gave me was 2 grand over a comparable/identical car at another Mazda dealership. When told that the offer and suggested compensation for me were insulting, the GM's response was "We are a One-Price dealer and have been for the last 24 years. That is a policy that will not change for one person or one vehicle. If 2013 Mazda3 does not present a good value to you, you are not obligated to purchase it. " (Direct from email correspondence) I have spoken with Mazda and other Mazda dealerships in the area, and based on that I strongly suggest you browse elsewhere. While Hyman Bros. is very friendly and helpful when wanting to make a sale, I did not come out of this experience feeling like the dealership ever had my best interest in mind. I will continue to post where I can and contact the BBB, Attorney General, and any other public figure who can help with this matter. More
