Service intake needs to get more customer friendly. I had to wait longer for my oil change then customers that hat later appointments then I. Had and got the same work done as I did . After 1 hour and 45 minutes I ask the personal why my car is not finished after the other people got there's done I just got a attitude . The service manager came and talked to me and apologized that there was a mixup. Still teaching service personal to be more customer friendly.. so finally after 2.5 hours my car was finished. Bad customer service. This was my 3 kia that we bought from southern kiia and I think it will be the last . We told friends how much we like the company before ,now we don't ... More

Very bad and slow service, had my car stolen and it took them a week to get the parts and over a moth to get it fix, after it was fix it turned out no one had communicated with my insurance agent and I had them a week to get the parts and over a moth to get it fix, after it was fix it turned out no one had communicated with my insurance agent and I had to wait even more without a car. Really hard to get people from service to answer the phone. Sold my Kia right after I got it back, would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

We had an oil change and state inspection, both free of charge. We only have one car, so it was great to have the work done so quickly. Robert was ready for us and since he was on the phone when we arrived charge. We only have one car, so it was great to have the work done so quickly.
