Southern Kia Virginia Beach - Service Center

Service was poor, the advisor RT Ives was abrupt/rude when checking in with an appointment although Tracy was very accommodating to work me in when originally was told they cant service my dead car until when checking in with an appointment although Tracy was very accommodating to work me in when originally was told they cant service my dead car until January! That's 4 months out unless it was for an oil change! Yikes! The service has gone down hill, it took 3 days to service my car for a dead battery, then they tried to state that I needed new brakes when I just had an inspection that passed a month before and they had already replaced my brakes 1 year previously at their service department! But they had no problem with calling my husbands phone 2 times a day to buy my car with its low mileage! Don't trust this dealership! More

The scheduling for oil change & following up service once getting there was helpful. The waiting location is a nice place with friends fly folks. Customer service was great and the work completed was also very good. The issue never getting a call back from leaving a message and having to wait two to three months to get scheduled for service.
