Waited until after 5 pm and multiple phone calls and messages to call to let me know about my car. Had to have sales department walk down to tell them twice because they didn't answer or return calls. G messages to call to let me know about my car. Car was dropped off at 730 am to fox known recall issues. Work was scheduled a week in advance. Was told they were short staffed and that was why they couldn't call me back. Looked at summary of work given and the 1 recall the did fix was billed at 1/3 hour of work. Unacceptable to keep car for 10 hours. Not return phone calls. And have done less than 30 minutes of work. And now I have to schedule a second experience with this because they were not prepared to do work they scheduled a week in advance. More
Absolutely, everyone there was polite and helpful. They actually cared about what I was there and did not try to come off pushy. I came there for one thing, informed me I may need some stuff done, but They actually cared about what I was there and did not try to come off pushy. Bad customer service, gave attitude when I go to cashier waiting to pick my car up and I was standing waiting for like 40 min. Not giving update on my car and took next day to complete. Warranty part ordered about a month ago, but no one called to let me know part was in. I had To call. Brought vehicle in at 730am on 2/22/24. Vehicle sat for 7hrs until I called for a status. I was tol called to let me know part was in. I had To call. Brought vehicle in at 730am on 2/22/24. Vehicle sat for 7hrs until I called for a status. I was told that part they ordered was damaged and incorrect part was ordered. So they had to reorder part again. Wasted a day. Still no status of reordered part. More
Dropped off car night before appt on GMC/Buick side. No one at service desk picked up my key that I left in drop box until my husband called at noon next day to find out status of car. GMC side had to walk mg key over to KIA side and it sat in service advisor mailbox until I physically went yo dealership to ask for status of car. Advisor was at lunch when key was put in her mailbox. She apologized and got mechanic to do the oil change as priority. Had an 8:00 AM appointment. Why did no service advisor see me on the schedule. More
