It is so hard to get in touch with anyone in the service department. It takes multiple calls and messages to get any update on service status. Had to make multiple appointments to get same issue fixed. Afte department. It takes multiple calls and messages to get any update on service status. After scheduling a diagnostics it took 3 days to get a report back on something it took me an hour to find out and told them issue when dropped it off. More

Willie was also a welcomed treat keeping moral high as we waited continually offering shuttle services and providing wait times on cars as needed in partnership with Coco. There were issues with my car from previous technicians who are no employee and I have been waiting several months for. Coco communicated and made sure the technicians made it right. Give them raises! They deserve it! More
