Terrible customer service center. Brought in a punctured tire on a Rim, had to wait 2 days for it to be ready, then they tried to charge me $100 more than they quoted. They would not mount it for me, told me it would be two more days. I am very concerned if I ever have a serious issue with this car and what it will take to get it fixed. Also the cashier couldn't find my paperwork twice, so I just took the tire from where it was sitting, re mounted it on my car drove away without paying just to make sure all the TPMS lights would go off, then I returned because of my conscious and there was a different cashier who promptly found the paperwork right on the desk. BTW, the two other customers that were also waiting for service told me that this was the worst service department ever. Sheesh. More

Service intake needs to get more customer friendly. I had to wait longer for my oil change then customers that hat later appointments then I. Had and got the same work done as I did . The service manager came and talked to me and apologized that there was a mixup. Still teaching service personal to be more customer friendly.. so finally after 2.5 hours my car was finished. Bad customer service. This was my 3 kia that we bought from southern kiia and I think it will be the last . We told friends how much we like the company before ,now we don't ... More
