Don’t know who’s arranging the appointments but it’s causing the staff to look bad.. I had a 8:45 appointment for an oil change and didn’t leave out until after 11:00. I set up an appointment over a month ago to have my Hyundai service done. They sent me reminders through text messages of the upcoming appointment. I appreciate that as we all know life happens and we Hyundai service done. They sent me reminders through text messages of the upcoming appointment. I appreciate that as we all know life happens and we all forget sometimes. Wasn't the case for me I didn't forget but it was still nice to get the reminders. Jeffrey was very helpful and polite. Check me right in. And just a little over an hour my service was done. I was very satisfied with everything. All the staff were very helpful. It was an all around pleasant experience. Dealership personal felt bad because they had been overbooked on that particular day. I was there for 4 hours for an oil change and inspection. Customers were upset. Jeff is great every time I go in. I'd recommend him all the time. However, this dealership in particular doesn't like answering phones so you'll have to call another department just I'd recommend him all the time. And also, I don't know who does the inspections or work on the vehicle but everytime I have gone in, my seat is pushed all the way back so I'm left under the impression a giant has been in my car. Also on my last visit, there was some sort of black grease smudged on my door which I ended up touching and got this grease all over my shirt and was hard to remove. I've been nice about letting little things like that slide but the straw broke the camel's back was how sloppy the sticker was applied to my car. The adhesive from previous stickers are so visible, it looks sloppy. I know I don't have the nicest looking car but it would be appreciated if someone handled it with care. More
