My son and I had an appointment in Newport News and our tire hit a curb extremely hard. We were 2 miles from the dealership and they told us to bring in the car as an emergency. It was not drivable and the tire hit a curb extremely hard. We were 2 miles from the dealership and they told us to bring in the car as an emergency. It was not drivable and they ordered parts and sent us home in a beautiful loaner vehicle until my car was fixed. We will now be using this dealership for our inspections and service in the future. Chris House was amazing and so helpful. Thank you!! More
