Although Pam -AI messed up my appointment details, I called the dealership and was able to speak with a human who resolved the problem. My reason for not giving all these people 5 stars is because not once did anyone e bother calling me to inform me as to what was going on with my daughters car. It would have been nice to know and kept because not once did anyone e bother calling me to inform me as to what was going on with my daughters car. It would have been nice to know and kept updated. I am very pleased with all that’s been done and replaced because of the engine failure.
