My salesman was awesome. The finance manager lied to me and stated a service plan and extended warranty were required to secure financing. I found out after the fact that this was not true. After speaking to the companies that the contracts were through, I was informed I had to go to the dealership to cancel them. I returned to the dealership and was told the finance manager was "too busy" to assist me and that I would have to call her in two days to try and schedule an appointment to speak with her. Will update my review when the dealership corrects their deception and assists me with canceling the unnecessary service plans. More
