When I first took in my car. .I handed it over and was told they can look at it on Monday. When it was Monday I tried to call them and email them. They did not answer so I had no idea if my car was being looked at or repaired or the issue at all. After I went in personally after having to Uber over they were able to do the fix pretty quickly. The service side was fine work but the customer service was lacking. More

They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were polite and I got notifications via text. I loved that they didn't try to sell me something my brand new car (I bought it new) did not need.
