There's a lack of accountability when it comes to contacting or returning calls. When we left multiple messages regarding parts or status of my car, we were told, we should have left a voicemail or m contacting or returning calls. the people who work there are nice and easy to speak with which is the one positive I can get from this dealership. The service for the actual vehicles is lacking in my opinion. Following what should’ve been just a routine service to go through a standard mileage level check, rotating tires, and oil change, which took a complete total of 3 1/2 hours, I went out to my car to find t go through a standard mileage level check, rotating tires, and oil change, which took a complete total of 3 1/2 hours, I went out to my car to find that it had WD-40 or other lubricant smears all over the outside of the door The door frame, and Even inside on the handle and upholstery. I was gratified that Sean immediately corrected the issue, but then, as I left, I found that the front right tire had not been fully seated, and had to bring it back immediately. Again, Sean was apologetic and immediately corrected the problem and did a full system. check to ensure that everything has been done correctly. While I appreciate Sean’s effort to correct the problem, I was disappointed that twice the vehicle had not been checked to ensure that it had been properly serviced before turning it over to me. I was also disappointed that the service did not come with a car clean, which is relatively standard in my experience. Ultimately, I was satisfied with the final result of the service, however, I think the organization needs to work on some standard operating procedures and quality checks. More
