Waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. 30 of which my car was complete but Caitlyn didn’t tell anyone before she took lunch that she had a waiter in the lobby. Oi 5 hours for an oil change. 30 of which my car was complete but Caitlyn didn’t tell anyone before she took lunch that she had a waiter in the lobby. Oil light was not reset and per manny over the phone that was not something I could do and had to come back in so I had to go in the next day. A bald guy in the bay then said you didn’t need to come in for that and reset it just in the waiting area for the cars. And the process of all of it, he managed to get rid of all of my presets and my Bluetooth things that were hooked up. More

This is the WORST place to get your car serviced! ! I have them a second chance after having problems last year, but they are still the same!! You drop your car off then they call a few days later and ! I have them a second chance after having problems last year, but they are still the same!! You drop your car off then they call a few days later and say your car isn’t there! Once they “find” it, it’s we don’t know why it’s here! Then this time, I got no response for 2 weeks after I dropped my car off! I left 5 messages and had to end up calling the GM to get someone to call me back! The customer service is horrible and I would not recommend this dealership’s service department to anyone! On top of that I would not recommend buying a Hyundai after all of the repeat problems with their cars! More
