We took the vehicle in for an open recall when dropping it off service writer made zero attempt to upsell anything Mr. Conrad while we're taking care of your recall can we do anything else for you? Friday afternoon call the number on his business card several times and got the cold shoulder. You should listen to what it says on his voicemail and see if you think that is professional. If that's the most professional, this organization can be, they are doomed to be in to being exceptional. then I tried twice to contact someone in the sales department. They were too busy to talk to anyone went to the same stupid voicemail. Haven't heard a call from the sales department over a missed sales call since Friday. apparently a missed sales call is not important to this dealership because they have plenty of sales.
