I was greeted at the desk properly with answers that I was asking and scheduled an appointment to come back in. When I came back, they took me right away and called me a few hours later telling me my vehi was asking and scheduled an appointment to come back in. Angela kept me informed of service progress, especially regarding the AC. She and the technician tried to replicate the problem before charging a diagnostic fee. As it turns out, they simply topped off t regarding the AC. She and the technician tried to replicate the problem before charging a diagnostic fee. Always a great experience. The only complain I have is when I bought my vehicle, I was suppose to have free oil change for 36 month but when they finished with my car, I was to The only complain I have is when I bought my vehicle, I was suppose to have free oil change for 36 month but when they finished with my car, I was told I had to pay $137 because my mileage was at 37000 miles. I did not really plan for this charge but I ended up making the payment. I've only had the vehicle less than 24 months More
