I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and brake fluid check. There were a lot of people standing around, many of them on their phones. Seemed like I should have been out of there sooner. He was shooing away the employees that would come into his office to ask him questions so the sales rep had no idea if the car we wanted to look at was available.
