I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and brake fluid check. There were a lot of people standing around, many of them on their phones. Seemed like I should have been out of there sooner. The time before that I was there for 2 hours for a re-inspection after my SUV failed for a wiper blade tear. Fixed that at home and my new appointment I had to schedule weeks later took 2 hours. More

Went there to look at a vehicle on their website and not only could they not find the vehicle, the sales manager Jimmy was the WORST manager I have e Went there to look at a vehicle on their website and not only could they not find the vehicle, the sales manager Jimmy was the WORST manager I have ever encountered. He was shooing away the employees that would come into his office to ask him questions so the sales rep had no idea if the car we wanted to look at was available. I thought it was so unprofessional of any adult to treat their employees this way. After this experience I would never buy from them, very rude! More

I was displeased with the wait time. I came in to have the anti-theft software installed. It was my understanding that it takes under an hour (30-45 mins).
