This group of staff in the service department that worked with me on Thursday was a big improvement compared to the group I dealt with previously before last week's visit. Everyone was courteous, friendly and prompt. I used to dread having to go to this dealership because the interactions with the staff had not been pleasant. But now It seems to be better organized and the people working there care about giving the best service possible. More

My repairs were not dealt with promptly, I was not informed of progress on parts or repairs, and I was not charged for a part that wasn't replaced anyway.
