The service was fine but the wait time was unreasonably long for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was at 8:30 and I didn't leave until after 10. Also, I told them I was there for my scheduled s long for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was at 8:30 and I didn't leave until after 10. Also, I told them I was there for my scheduled service which I thought was covered under my service co Tracy but they charged me $61 for a cabin air filter change and did not inform me until after the service was completed.
