Huge shout out to Christy, John, and Nick. For my birthday, I was looking to purchase a specific color Palisade. I used True Car & initially ended up at another Hampton Roads dealership. It was not a good experience or personable, so I ended up at Southern Hyundai Chesapeake, and they DELIVERED in every sense. I explained what went wrong at the other place, asked for a "specific" sales rep, stated what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and how my birthday was ruined at the other place. Christy was my sales rep. Within a few hours, Christy and the TEAM found the color I wanted at another dealership. The dealership accepted my OTD offer and got the car for me. They even got it a day earlier than promised. Nick really "listened" to my frustration about my birthday experience and wished me a Happy Birthday. It's the little things that make a difference to a disappointed customer. The "TEAM" worked together & truly turned around the disappointing experience at the other dealership and made my birthday and car-buying experience what it should have been. "Enjoyable". Christy spent a lot of time with me before I drove off the lot, going over the car, explaining all the vehicle features, and assisting me in setting things up. Will rate service dept. after my 1st oil change. More

I used Southern Hyundai service department twice where the service was horrendous. Both times, It took several days to diagnose and repair my car.
