For the first time, I did not feel hassled by Southern service desks. This is our first time coming to this service desk for routine items as opposed to the Volkswagen dealer. I don’t think I will go back service desks. This is our first time coming to this service desk for routine items as opposed to the Volkswagen dealer. I don’t think I will go back to Volkswagen. I had such a great experience here. No trying to upsell or preventing the service I came for before they try to sell me on all these other items.
