On 3 Feb 22 I brought my 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 in for service and to fix a slow leak in my right rear tire from a nail. I informed the service associate of the nail in the right rear tire. After I received my vehicle back from service the first time I was informed that there was no nail in the tire in question and the service tech filled the tire to the specified tire pressure. On 5 Feb I brought my vehicle back to the service center and showed them my tire pressure on the same tire I had informed them on 3 Feb was reading 26 psi while the other tires were at 36 psi. I proceeded to show the service associate the nail in the tire along with a picture to validate the nail in the tire. The associate responded by saying “l can see how the tech may have missed that” to which I responded by stating I don't see how. In my opinion the tech never removed the tire to inspect it and could not have put it in the dunk tank to check for bubbles. The service department then pulled my information to verify If I had the warranty on my tires it did not show my warranty information. I then contacted the finance department to verify whether or not I had the tire warranty. It was determined that I did have the tire warranty the paperwork had not been put in the system in 8 months. Another unacceptable piece of business if you ask me. After going through all this the dealership did not have the tire to match my vehicle and did not offer a loaner vehicle. The tire was due to arrive on Monday 7 Feb 22. On 8 Feb 22, I was notified that the tire had arrived and brought my vehicle in to replace the bad tire with the new tire. While I was waiting for my vehicle I was informed that the wrong type tire was ordered and was offered no other solution but to wait another day for the correct tire to come in again. They tried to call rental places but could not find a loaner but could not find me one, in my opinion given this gross negligence and extreme inconvenience now that I have to miss a third day of work in which they should have provided me a vehicle from their lot. The customer service I received is totally unacceptable and substandard. There was no valiant attempt in providing me any type of loaner vehicle so that I can go to work while my vehicle is being serviced. I hope this does not happen to anyone else in the future. As it stands this will be my last vehicle purchased at this dealership I expected more from Dodge! More
