Heather did what she could do, however I’m not accustomed to Managers talking to customers sitting down and behind their desk. Poor communication, had to visit the dealership to get any updates once I agreed to the service. After almost 2 weeks and $7k in recommended services the vehicle has more problems and noises from the fron any updates once I agreed to the service. After almost 2 weeks and $7k in recommended services the vehicle has more problems and noises from the front suspension that did not exist prior to their work. Have returned several times for them to fix and tighten parts they repaired which temporarily makes the suspension noises quieter but now they say the vehicle needs another 2K in work and claim the sounds are not related to the work they performed. Brake line blew 4 days after getting the car back and again dealership claimed it was not related to their repairs More
