The lady who put my service ticket in left her employment at the dealer. Nobody notified me when my car was done. When I called in it was ready (three weeks or more later). She had told me it might take up at the dealer. Nobody notified me when my car was done. When I called in it was ready (three weeks or more later). She had told me it might take up to 6 weeks so I waited to call in. It was great that the car was ready but the financing I had set up ended before I called in so I had to find another way to finance it in a hurry. I wasn't happy that it happened this way. More

I had quite the unpleasant experience not with the staff but with their leadership. I provided some minor comments for areas of improvement at the facility however I discovered that their Service and Parts but with their leadership. I provided some minor comments for areas of improvement at the facility however I discovered that their Service and Parts Director does not want to hear them. If your rating is anything other than 10’s across the board, they dock their service technicians pay indefinitely and offer no remedy to the customer. This practice of painting the roses red and avoiding any constructive criticism is possible poor practice for any dealership. If this is an indication of how this company treats their employees, I can’t imagine their employees will take care of their customers very well. Business ethics is an important decision factor in who we as consumers should choose to do business with. There are other dealerships with competent staff who I will be taking my business to in the future. More
