I was shocked to be told that a minimum of $1000. 00 would be the charge to JUST diagnose what is wrong with my 2015 Ram 1500. Warranty is run out on 113,000 mile truck also. I didn't have ANY issue with my truck till they did repair work on exhaust to pass inspection. Now my truck makes noises, but they claim the noises have nothing to do with exhaust repair done. Per their request because they had finally gotten all the parts for my car that I had to go in 3 separate times to get them to order, though they told me they ordered it the first time, I arrived at 8 am. The intake representative was great but the tech who did the oil change only checked4 of the 27 point inspection and they said it was because he was new and did not know. Interesting.
