You really need to address how you check vehicles in for service. Two vehicles where checked in before myself and the two cars in front of me, the three of us had been there a minimum of 20 minutes before service. Either take down the quick lube sign or send customers in the other lane to the end of the lube line. It’s inconsiderate to take people in first that don’t follow the rules. I've always been very satisfied with service and the exemplary work of service advisor, Sam Vandersli since it was Green Gifford...way back to 1985!
