She also has amazing hospitality. She had gone over and beyond to make everything just right. We have been coming to this dealership for 22 years. I had my truck in for service, mostly because I could not find my tire and went to the parts department to buy one. Greatly appreciate the parts guy helping me find it and he did not know either, but finall find my tire and went to the parts department to buy one. I was assured that this job would be completed if I brought the vehicle in at 7AM. I got up at 4AM drove the 60-70 miles (130-140 RT) to Southern crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel. Tolls+fuel= brought the vehicle in at 7AM. I got up at 4AM drove the 60-70 miles (130-140 RT) to Southern crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel. Tolls+fuel=$60-70. I sat around waiting. At about 11AM, I was informed that the job cannot be completed. I warned them before I brought the truck in that it needed a high baydon. Was told they have that covered, The fellow who did my take-in was very pleasant. There's just something very wrong somewhere else in the chain of command. Wouldn't you be upset if you were in my shoes? More
