service department unhelpful everytime I call and someone finally picks up after the 5th attempt, they are rude and sound annoyed that I am calling. My car was left overnight to h everytime I call and someone finally picks up after the 5th attempt, they are rude and sound annoyed that I am calling. My car was left overnight to have an inspection done and told would be ready by 10am. Finally called me at 12pm to tell me it was almost done and asked if I wanted to have oil, rotation, etc done. When I said no but asked if they knew when it might be done they hung up. Frustrating. More

friendly. always get you in and out. Made appointment for my free oil change and forgot I needed inspection for that month. They worked me in. I was in and out within an hour. Went to get my truck serviced Got my truck serviced at Southern off of Military Highway the service department was great got my truck out in 2 hours the sales department on the oth Got my truck serviced at Southern off of Military Highway the service department was great got my truck out in 2 hours the sales department on the other hand is unquestionably the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. Salesman said he'd only been working there for a month said that he needed help feeding his kids and he could really use my help to help him. After telling him what I was looking for he said he had to go look for it said it wasn't even on the lot. The truck was on the lot. He came back all surprised after he found out that he was wrong and saying come on let's go look at your truck. Play the normal games that salesman's do. But went to a new career low for me told me what he could do told me what he couldn't do, was just a joke. Said that he didn't work for the dealership said that he worked for me saying he was on my side but then told me to get out of his house his office. More
