Didn't do the state inspection I took my Durango in for 2 recalls, an oil change and state inspections. The state inspection was not done, but during the 15 point courtesy inspectio I took my Durango in for 2 recalls, an oil change and state inspections. The state inspection was not done, but during the 15 point courtesy inspection, they notice my license plate bulbs were out, and wanted to charge $174 to change them both (Advance has the bulbs for $8.50 each). I couldn't spend another hour in driving for a new appointment for the state inspection. When I got in my car to leave, the steering wheel was so covered in dirt and grease, I had to stop before I left the service bay to wipe it down with a baby wipe. Very disappointed in the service, I expected much more considering how nice everyone was when I purchased the vehicle there. I thought the car would have at least been run through the car wash, but maybe that is not standard with Southern dealers? More

Excellent experience with Southern RAM Service! This is my third time in to Southern for service on my Winnebago Travato based on a RAM Promaster 3500 chassis. Another first class experience! Glenn, my Service manager, always takes time to greet me with a smile and understand exactly what is needed. Keeps me informed during and completely explains when finished. The work was accomplished quickly and professionally. And the waiting room has great coffee and wireless! These are the only people I trust to work on my Travato! Very glad to have found them. More

Nancy in service did a great job explaining everything and getting my rental to me very quickly. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the last 3 times I have used the service department my floor mats and drivers seat have had grease or oil on them. I understand the mechanics are working hard to get our vehicles turned around quick, but need to pay attention to cleanliness of the vehicle being serviced. More
