Very disappointed in the current developments. For the past nearly three years, my wife and I have scheduled our oil changes and had our van that we purchased brand new detailed during the same appointmen past nearly three years, my wife and I have scheduled our oil changes and had our van that we purchased brand new detailed during the same appointment. We have also received a cleaning package to take home at every visit to keep our leather and carpet treated between visits. I was informed when I bought the van that this would be available as long as we owned the van. Now, I'm being told that the detail was never part of my purchase and that the oil change is no longer by appointment, and I am unable to get a loaner car while they have my van. That is unacceptable, seeing that it is our family vehicle and I have to go to work. I suppose that things change and customer service changes when people change out. The salesman that I worked with to purchase my vehicle, Mr. Carlton Little, is honest and a very good salesman. I would purchase from him again, IF he were working for another dealership. Breaking agreements, even verbal agreements, is bad for business. I will be looking elsewhere when it comes time to purchase another new vehicle. More

Professional even after the sale I got my car on this Wednesday and the team was still working together on Thursday to find me a even better value for my car after the sale. I was so excited to hear this good news that I immediately came that same day to make sure the deal was sealed!!!! And we work with one of the friendliest and funniest Financial managers there that helped us work through and maneuver the ins-and-outs of completing the deal!!! Thank you Michael Douglas for all your help and support!!! :) We will be coming here from now on to buy all of our vehicles!!!! More
Unsatisfied Customer It took the service department over a month to complete repairs on my vehicle. I was initially told repairs would take approximately a week to complete, however, it took considerably longer. The delay cost me over $1000 in rental car fees. I first spoke to Nancy in the service department about compensation of my rental fees only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Later, I spoke to Shawn Elza and he said he would reach out to the Chrystler Rep to see if they would compensate me. Shawn later informed me on the phone and in person that I would receive a refund but he was unable to let me know when. I've called Mr. Elza several times since that conversation over the last 3 weeks to follow up and he has not returned my call. I returned to the service department yesterday because my engine light is on only to be told it's not the engine but the radio. I've spent over $7000 in repairs plus I purchased a new used vehicle from this business last week. I would expect to have been treated like a valued customer but unfortunately I was not. The work that i had done to the car was the worst work I've ever seen. Taking it back to be re done. Undercoat was ridiculous. Not professional at all. Interior cleaning theres silicone all over the fabric seats. The paint guard was applied to a dirty surface so they buffed the dirt into the paint. Theres more tint wasn't done that i paid for then they tell me i have to get a voucher and go somewhere else to get it done. Just very unsatisfying to say the least. If they dont fix this i will not buy another car from this dealership. More
