I brought my truck up to the repair center that I bought for there and waited hours before they got it fixed in the proce This dealership is horrible. I brought my truck up to the repair center that I bought for there and waited hours before they got it fixed in the process of putting a valve stem sensor in my tire they chipped my rim in a couple different spots. This is my second truck from dodge and I will never buy a truck from there again or get any service repairs from there. If your thinking about buying a truck from there I would think again More
WORST SERVICE I have come to this dealership for a diagnostic. The first time they told me the cost for the diagnostic would be covered under warranty and ended up I have come to this dealership for a diagnostic. The first time they told me the cost for the diagnostic would be covered under warranty and ended up charging me. The second time again, dealt with Kent, who is the worst. First of all, when i made the appointment I made sure to tell them that I needed a diagnostic due to an insurance claim. I also asked for a shuttle, which they forgat to mention it would not be available at time of appmt, but 2 hours later, making me late to work. I dropped off my car at 7 and picked up at 5. Almost all day, and when I called for an update, they could not tell me an estimated time it would be ready... This is ridiculous, any other dealership would give you an estimated time because people do have lives and jobs. This dealship and the service is horrible. More

Service Department Satisfies I did not buy my car new at Southern, I am the second owner of the vehicle though it was originally purchased there. Not only did Southern honor the I did not buy my car new at Southern, I am the second owner of the vehicle though it was originally purchased there. Not only did Southern honor the free oil changes but they have gone above and beyond on several occasions over the last 3 years. 1. Installed sound insulation for free because I felt the speakers were rattling the rear window, though I had no concrete proof that something was wrong. 2. Replaced the batteries in my key fobs for free 3. I purchased tires from Southern, a few months later 2 of them had screws stuck in them. Obviously I drove over something. I took it in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to repair the tires. total bill 0.00. In addition to the above, they have always been prompt and I have been happy with the work and the communication. More
Went to this place to have some body work done on my bumper. While it was there I also got an oil change. So I was dealing with the service and body shops. When I picked up my Jeep I noticed that the bumper. While it was there I also got an oil change. So I was dealing with the service and body shops. When I picked up my Jeep I noticed that the airbag light was on and the horn wasn't honking like it should. These were not things that were problems when I dropped it off. They also never mentioned these issues until after I brought it to their attention upon picking up my Jeep. They they said they had noticed but ignored the airbag light and didn't know about the horn. Instead of fixing what they broke though they told me that the sensors for each item had gone out and it wasn't their fault and it would be $150 to replace! So I am supposed to believe that within the week that my Jeep was with them that 2 random sensors went out --completely independent of all the work they had done-- AND give them more money to fix the new problems!! This is completely unacceptable. I wish I had never gone to them, they are liars and now I have more problems than before I put my Jeep in their (incapable) hands. More
