Surprised at the unavailability of loaner vehicles and was told they had been unavailable for weeks which concerns me more about the reliability of the vehicles sold at the dealership in general. I have dealt with many dealerships over the last 30 years in Hampton Roads. Southern is my least favorite. More

Easy! I had to go in for two recalls. They provided me with a rental and made the process very easy. They had to order a recall part so they had to keep my I had to go in for two recalls. I would think since my appointment was booked in advance and they knew what I was coming in for, they would have ordered the part in advance. Despite that, they were very friendly and upfront about having to keep my van overnight, so I appreciated that. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Great service dealership overall. Much better than I’ve had experiences with in the past. More
