Messages would not get returned. I’m not sure what happened, I received excellent service in a timely manner the first time I took my vehicle there for repair. It was a totally opposite experience this time around... I will not recommend or take my vehicle back for any type of service. More
State Inspection Brought my vehicle in on Saturday at 1 pm for a state inspection. Fortunately, I was able to leave my vehicle with Glen, a more friendly, familiar, and senior staff member, until Monday afternoon, so it worked out. In addition, upon completion of the inspection, Glen offered recommendations for future service, but did not attempt to pressure or manipulate, which was appreciated. More

Oil change & tire rotation service I usually hang out and hog the computer in the customer waiting lounge but I had arranged for a ride and dropped my Jeep off because I was getting my I usually hang out and hog the computer in the customer waiting lounge but I had arranged for a ride and dropped my Jeep off because I was getting my tires rotated this time around along with my awesome free oil change. I thought it would take longer, but I had a ride so it wasn’t a rush anyhow. The lady (she gave me her business card and I still lost it) so either her name is Amanda or Ashley, was professional and cool, and definitely informative about recommended services, wait times, pick up cut off times, etc. Long story short, I received a phone call within an hour or so and I was in awe how fast they serviced my car! Thanks, Southern Jeep! More

Express oil change I have been a customer for almost three years and I had the best experience lately. I noticed they were short staffed and I was prepared to sit longer I have been a customer for almost three years and I had the best experience lately. Check the service invoice for the names, but these employees stepped up and got it done. More
Tune up Paid $508.00 for a tuneup on my 2000 Durango. Replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributed cap and rotor button. I felt like this was an excessive amount for this service. They have always treated me fairly. Service has always been good for both of my vehicles. The people that work there are very professional and courteous in every way. I just fell that I was overcharged for this service. $508.00 is too much for a tuneup. More
