Came in at 5 am for oil change. They won’t give out appointments, it’s first come first served. After waiting 3 hours I saw my car parked in front. After waiting an additional 40 minutes I went to office and told Sam I wanted keys as my car was done. Sam was completely overwhelmed and overworked. It wasn’t his fault. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I was given the run around Lied to ,and overcharged. To make matters worse this is the dealership I purchased the vehicle from.
