Overall excellent service Excellent service with the shop who completed all the after purchase upgrades! They were friendly and did an awesome detailing job! I would have marked 4 stars because of the below but your organization has some off the wall perfection scoring and I don’t want their good service to be penalized. However, I have had one issue which has been with the finance department. I left 2 messages and was there in person to pickup my Jeep and asked to speak with someone. None of these requests have been followed up with a response. I was able to get the answer to one question however the information needed on how to make my first payment to the lease company remains unanswered. More

New to the Area I had been seeing a family mechanic since moving to VA. Brought my Jeep in for a recall repair. Met Sam, very nice and professional. I was given a lis I had been seeing a family mechanic since moving to VA. Brought my Jeep in for a recall repair. Met Sam, very nice and professional. I was given a list of repairs that needed to be done. Returened two weeks later to have a few things off the list repaired. Done in a timely manner, you can definitely tell repairs were made. Oil change and tire rotation Made appointment for oil change. After an hour and a half car was still not in shop. This is because they put my car in the no appointment line.
