The service that my car needed was completed and was appreciated. The communication between my service advisor and myself was subpar. I made an appointment for 0800am on a Tuesday. I sat around most of appreciated. The communication between my service advisor and myself was subpar. I made an appointment for 0800am on a Tuesday. I sat around most of the day waiting for the completion. I did not receive any information for 7 hours. At 3pm the same day, I went to the service desk and asked for an update on my vehicle and my advisor said it was now a 2 day job. I called all day Thursday with no response from my advisor. I took an Uber to the dealership at 4pm to receive my car and my advisor informed me that he was still waiting on part authorization. He then made a call to enterprise to get me a rental but there weren’t any rentals available. Thankfully, someone returned their car and I was able to get a rental. I understand the process of waiting for the parts to be authorized and etc. But the advisor did not do a good job of communicating what happening. More
