This is a continuation from the previous review. Although the dealership was still waiting on my radio to come in, they ended up giving me my car back because the other repairs were complete and the Although the dealership was still waiting on my radio to come in, they ended up giving me my car back because the other repairs were complete and the car was drivable again. They had my vehicle from the beginning of Nov to the middle of February. Once I received my car back, I noticed several issues that were not there before: headlights were not working (had to use high beams), signal lights were not working in the front, and usb ports were not charging my phone (unable to use car play). I assume all of these issues were a result from working not being placed back properly with the repairs. I contacted the dealership in regard to this and ultimately decided to wait until the radio came in to get all of the repairs done at once. Unfortunately on May 7th, my car started running hot so I had my car towed here since I was still waiting on a repair that they already filed through my warranty. On May 21st, Tina left me a voicemail and texted stating that she got everything covered under the warranty and that the parts would be there the next day and hopefully the vehicle would be ready that afternoon, but she needed my authorization. I texted back to let her know it was fine. I didn’t hear anything back so I texted again the next day to confirm, no response. On June 12th, I receive a text stating that they now need to tear the engine down, which would take 5 hours and I would be responsible for that labor time if not covered by warranty, and that the vehicle was given to a different mechanic. I authorized this that same day. On June 25th, I reached out to check for any updates since I have not heard anything and Tina advised that there were no updates on getting the engine tore down due to a system hack. I understand some times things out of our control happen, so I decided to be patient and understanding. I read online that any dealerships affected by the hack should be back up the week of the 4th, so I decided to follow up the following Monday, 7/8. There were no updates on the vehicle because a car that was there “longer than mine” just got done. Tina said he would be be bring it in on 7/9 to tear down the engine (approximately 5 hours) and I haven’t heard anything since although today is now the 17th. This is the only vehicle that I have so I have had to Uber to and from work, and purchase rentals out of pocket for the past 2 months. This adds up quickly and I’m extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. This time I will NOT be removing any reviews. More

Checking out took 45 min. One person behind the desk doing all the work. I was in line behind 2 employees who had the cashier busy with their requests. Once it was my turn I wa asked to walk to the other end of the building to retrieve my paperwork. I assumed I would be paying my bill there. Instead, an employee walked me back to the same cashier where we both waited.? I now had to get in line all over again! I finally sat down in the adjoining room an asked them to let me know when they were ready for me. While I sat there, the cashier left the desk and others waiting in line to perform what looked like a new car walk through with a customer.? Eventually the cashier let me know she was ready for me. My actual transaction might have taken 3 to 4 minutes. 1. Why did I have to leave the desk to get my paperwork? 2. Why was the cashier working aline? 3. Why are other people employed as not helpful paper handlers to stand around? More
