I test drove a Jeep Compass and was determined to leave with that vehicle. I could tell Cale was mentally taking note of my reaction to the vehicle, my comments etc. He knew my story, what I had been driving. In the end he suggested I try a Renegade. I said no, that I was happy with the Compass, but he knew something was missing from my decision. He made a point to tell me that the Renegade was the better deal, less money and more of what I was looking for. He was right. He sacrificed selling a more expensive car for what he knew I really wanted and needed. His knowledge of not just what I looked at but everything was way above anything I have ever experienced when buying a vehicle. The whole process and everyone was super helpful and friendly. More
