When a quick lame employee tells you one thing to resolve your situation, only to make your situation worst. Upon return to the dealership to the service department your told that the first repair from the q your situation, only to make your situation worst. The receptionist was rude and argued that there wasn't a recall on my vehicle and yet there was. The low rating has everything to do with the extremely poor communication with service advisor. I dropped my Jeep off for a recall Thursday evening for a Friday appointment. I left 6 messages requesting s poor communication with service advisor. I dropped my Jeep off for a recall Thursday evening for a Friday appointment. I left 6 messages requesting status but received no call. I called again Saturday, leaving 5 more messages and still no call back. So I just went in to service and found out then that my Jeep was not ready and wouldn’t be ready until Monday. The person in service that spoke to me when I went in was very nice and apologetic but I shouldn’t have to come back in a day and a half later to find out the status of my Jeep. I also have no idea who my service advisor is since she didn’t introduce herself when I dropped it off. More
