Im usually pleased with this Southern location, but this last visit was very disappointing. I drop my vehicle off on a Tuesday for an appointment that was scheduled for 10am. I needed a diagnostic test ran because my check engine light was on. I called on Wednesday for an update on my vehicle and I was told that it had not been seen. And because it was a holiday my vehicle would not be seen until Friday. My truck is my only means of transportation and I need to get back and forth to work. I was also told that until the check engine light start flashing that it was okay to drive. So no I was not pleased with the service or should I say the service that was not rendered on this visit. Oil change took 2 hours, when I was told they would get my vehicle in in about 30 minutes. Friendly though, and they inflated my tires without me asking me. Lack of communication. The general manager refused to speak with me. Even when I brought my car in for service he never came to talk to me to see why I wanted to talk to The general manager refused to speak with me. When I brought my car in for the service they did not identify that I needed a state inspection. They at first did not want to perform it. It does not appear they did the tire rotation. I am hesitant to for them to service my car again. More

I am always pleased with the service I receive which is why I bought 7 different vehicles from this location over the years. I had chance to use new quick oil change ( and other maintenance services ). I the service was quick the service Rep was very courteous and informative.
