My “representative “ was wonderful. However, I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment and waited until after 12 noon before my car was ready! It was just for an oil change and tire rotation. When you call the recording says, “if you just need an oil change, etc. just stop by. You don’t need an appointment”. Makes it sound like it will be quick. I believed that the mechanics were not knowledgeable about my car. They asked me to locate the horn, but they were unable to connect the fob of my key to the car, and they overcharged me. Despite the service management giving me a discount for not being able to connect the flop to my key, I felt like I was overcharged for the services since all they did was reconnect the horn, which costing $199.
