Stay away from Service Dept. Service department is no good, you’re better off using someone off of Craigslist. They will treat you right when you buy but that’s it. Had several recalls on my vehicles (2) and was not told about them even after both were here for service. 4 days to replace a cracked window. Went in today for another recall. Advisor Jeff Anton sealed the deal for us never returning. I believe we are owed something. Make it right pomoco. Run from here. More

I bought 4 vehicles from POMOCO and have three serviced there on a routine basis for periodic PMs and oil changes. Yesterday I was charged for a safety inspection which in the past has always been no charge (vehicles range from 3 to 1 year old). When I picked up my inspection refund today because I complained about no notice of the fee in advance when I brought my vehicle in, I was told that they can change the terms of the program I bought into anytime they want without notice. If the bean counters want to undo the goodwill POMOCO has with their awesome service and sales team - they just did. I can choose where to buy my vehicles from because there are other RAM/Jeep dealers in the region. More
