Less than two hours later, the service rep called to say the vans were ready for pickup and they had Inspection and dropped them off in the morning. They won’t give rental cars to persons under 25. I paid for my rental car out of pocket and my service advisor called and asked “can I afford it” so unprofessional. I’ve brung my car here for the same issue about 3 times now and it’s still not fixed. I sit and wait nobody gives updates on when it will be done it doesn’t even seem like they care that it gets fixed. Im over it. Seems like a new part has to be “ordered” each time I drop it off and they’ve kept my car for days at a time so I’m not understanding why they are still finding problems. Don’t take your car here the management and service department SUCKS More
